I’m a mother of two teenage boys, divorced, and based in Montreal, Canada.
Before becoming a yoga and meditation teacher, I worked as a photographer for over 13 years.
But while building a family and a career, I disconnected from myself. I gave everything to marriage and motherhood, constantly sacrificing, until there was nothing left for me. That’s when I realized I had lost myself.
Step by step, I began to rebuild. At first it was mindset work and meditation — finding moments of stillness to hear myself again. As I went deeper, I started noticing how my body was talking to me.
It spoke through symptoms:
Every symptom matched exactly what was happening in my life at that moment. It was never random. My body was showing me when something was wrong, and guiding me back to truth.
This became my turning point. I immersed myself in body-based practices: Theta Healing, mindfulness, Reiki, numerology. And most recently, Tantra Hatha Yoga and meditation became my devotion — the missing piece that brought everything together.
I trained in Bali and returned not only with certification, but with a philosophy: the body never lies. When we learn to listen, it becomes the clearest path back to ourselves.
