No two people are the same — and no two sessions with me are ever the same.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I design every private session around you — where you are right now, what you’re moving through, and what your body and mind truly need.

In our time together, we might:
  • move through a Tantra Hatha Yoga practice to release tension and connect to your energy,
  • drop into meditation or breathwork to calm the nervous system and restore clarity,
  • explore body-based mindfulness so you can hear what your body is trying to tell you,
  • or simply sit and talk through what’s happening in your life, bringing in my tools — from Theta Healing to numerology insights — to help you connect the dots.
Every session is a unique combination of practices and conversation, chosen for you in the moment.
