Step 1: Your Deep Intake Conversation (60 minutes)
We begin with a full hour together. I get to know you, your situation, your patterns, what feels stuck, what you've already tried, where in your body you feel it most. I assess your leading chakra and the ones that tend to run out of balance for you. I look at your date of birth and your numerology. I learn your lifestyle, your schedule, what you enjoy, what you resist, what your days actually look like.
Step 2: Your Custom Practice Package
I go away and build your practice from scratch. This is not a template. It is a personalised combination of movement, meditation, and breathwork, designed specifically for your body, your energy centers, your lifestyle and your goals. Every element is chosen based on what your body actually needs, what you enjoy doing, and what will create the most shift for you in the areas of life you most want to change.
Step 3: Your 14-Day Practice Period
You receive your complete package and begin. For 14 days you follow your personal practice and keep a simple diary, just a few notes each day about what you're noticing. What's shifting. What feels different. What's coming up. This diary becomes the foundation of your revision session.
Step 4: Your Revision Session
After 14 days you come back to me with your diary and your observations. We look at what's landing, what needs adjusting, what your body is now ready for that it wasn't at the start. I refine your practice so it continues to work as you evolve. This is where the real magic happens, because now we have data from your actual lived experience, not just theory.

Why I built this

For most of my adult life I treated my body and my mind as two completely separate things. I worked on my mind, my patterns, my traumas, my identity. I went deep into astrology, numerology, human design, everything that could help me understand who I am.
I'm a logical person. I needed frameworks that made sense.

My body I treated as something else entirely. Something external. Something to manage.

Then in 2019 I developed a low-grade fever that lasted a year and a half. Every single day. Every test came back normal. Doctors had nothing. Immunologists, specialists, everyone. Nothing.

And then my relationship ended and he moved out.
Two days later the fever stopped. It never came back.
I knew in my bones it wasn't a coincidence. My body had been screaming something I hadn't been willing to hear, that my boundaries were being crossed, that I had given away my space, my mornings, my quiet, my territory, and told myself it was fine. My body knew it wasn't fine. It had been telling me for eighteen months.

That was the moment everything changed.

I started studying psychosomatics, learning what the body holds and why. Then I went to Bali for a meditation and yoga teacher training, not even knowing it would be energy-based. The practice was Tantra Hatha yoga, slow, energetic, nothing like what I expected. I didn't like it at first. And then it cracked me open completely.

I learned the energy centers, how they work, what they govern, how to read when they're out of balance and how to bring them back. It became my daily navigation system. Before a difficult conversation I know to work on my throat. When I've lost direction I work on my solar plexus. When I need to soften and receive I know exactly what my body needs.

Now I combine everything, the chakra work, the numerology, the body-based practices, into something personalized for each woman I work with. Because there is no one recipe. There is only your body, your energy, your life.
